Brooklands conference room is situated away from the main Lodge, overlooking the forest and tennis court, the room has wide floor to ceiling windows that fully open letting in natural light to let the country air in, and an easy access to one of the many break out areas we have to offer. In the winter we have a fire to keep you warm. 

After your days conference why not relax and have a walk or run though the bush walk.

The 15 well appointed rooms at Brooklands Country Estate are available for your overnight conference group, we can accommodate up to 30 delegates twin-share or single occupancy. Less than two minutes away we have additional accommodation available for you.

Conference menus choices

Brooklands Country Lodge has an excellent reputation for superb cuisine.  Scrumptious cheese towers for morning tea and our famous carrot cake for afternoon tea. A healthy lunch awaits you either working buffet style lunch or plated, try Sara’s famous Spanish omelet and the menu changes daily.

The evening meal is three course dinners, Sara creates all our meals and most of the produce used comes from our gardens.

While you conference at Brooklands we have fresh fruit available to you all day and pre-dinner nibbles.

Breakfast is legendry at Brooklands, starting with our own muesli and fruit from our trees, followed by the best cooked breakfast.
